Who doesn't love a day of sun, sand and fun? Nintendo has gone all out to bring you an early hands-on look at the newest addidion to their line up, Wii Sports Resort.What better place to do it than Military Island in Times Square!

 

Nintendo has done it again!  With 50 tons of sand, palm trees, and a steel drum band, I truly felt I was in another place.  I'm not even there for  five minutes when the greeting girls approach me.  Well met with smiles and lays, I thanks them graciously . They even had tropical drinks!

 

 

They have taken control of Military Island at Times Square to give everyone a hands-on, full version experience ot their latest work of wonder, Wii Sports Resort! Ok, now I am like a kid in a candy store.

There is a booth for each new activity in the game, Archery, Swordplay, Frisbee, Basketball, Wakeboarding, Table Tennis, Golf, Bowling, Power Cruising, Canoeing, Cycling and Air Sports.

 

 

Overall, the event was exciting. You could play all of the new sports and you got a chance to experience the Wii Motion Plus.  Once again, I say, well done Nintendo, well done indeed!
