Summary

Involve, Inc is an interactive media start-up, at which I have been in charge of all software development for interactive multimedia projects for our clients, often several at a time. Our projects are high-profile and many of our clients are Fortune 500, such as Dell, General Electric, and Fidelity. In addition to managing and programming, I co-develop concepts for client projects with the Creative and Sales departments of Involve. In all, I see a project through from end to end: from concept creation, client proposals, the full software development cycle (including doing programming myself), user-testing, to providing software support after a project has been delivered. In additional I also do some client training and general start-up company steering.

I adore working with interactive new media and game design, and pride myself in doing something no one has done before in each and every project I work on. Variety of challenges drive me and I continue to seek opportunities to tackle them.

Experience

Software life-cycle management soup-to-nuts with interactive media / game dev / immersive biz apps / support software. Wrangling coders, working with artists to make sure they don't break stuff, dealing with big clients and all of their idiosyncrasies. I even get to do some of the programming myself. And somehow going into my fourth year doing all this professionally.
