Jonathan Graber started his career as a merchandise planning intern in Lillian Vernon Corporation's marketing department. There he got to see firsthand the transition from traditional print media to online media sales. After graduating with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in Finance, Jonathan joined First Investors Corporation as a financial services representative. Within two years he was promoted twice, managed a $1.5MM portfolio and was ranked as a top 50 insurance producer for the company. After two years Jonathan decided to leave his position to pursue an MBA at University of Georgia and join a new venture, Three Pillars Recruiting. Jonathan is a native of Memphis, TN and is a proud husband and father.

Product Manager / Flash Developer (NY)

Job Requirements:

We're looking for engineers who want to build engaging consumer applications in a rapid-development, agile environment. An ideal candidate recognizes that the best products are produced when vision is combined with quantitative analytics in an iterative manner. We are always looking to bring on entrepreneurial individuals who pride themselves on being self-starters, being absolutely fearless, and sharing our passion for combining gameplay mechanics with social media.

Candidates MUST have:
(1) Facebook API experience (FBML),
(2) Advanced Knowledge of Flash (ActionScript 3.0),
(3) Knowledge on casual/social gaming,
(4) Developed casual/social games using the above tools.

Bonus:
(1) Up to 5 years of experience with database-driven web sites, specifically social media and social network platforms.
(2) Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
(3) Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
(4) Experience with version control systems such as Subversion or CVS.

Double Bonus:
(1) Familiarity with any of the following: Linux, Apache or MySQL.
(2) Understanding of UI and an eye towards product management and design.
(3) Experience of building both quick prototypes as well as highly scalable / maintainable systems
