Summary
I work hard and I play hard. I love to play inspiring games and I hope to contribute a lot to the game industry in the future.
Experience
I started at Muse Games working on Guns of Icarus, created some of the models for that game including all the guns and ships. I also created the trailer which got 50k views the first 2 weeks on gametrailers.com.
My time at muse games opened my eyes to Unity 3D and so I started to develop my own games.
Nokizaru(prototype) for a contest. My goal was to create a multiplayer ninja game that did not use code to give the ninja abilities like stealth, but actually have the ninja be able to hide in the shadows. because they are dark! lol
What I learned from that attempt was to not aim so high for my first game. (multiplayer 3rd person 3d ninja fighting game..)
I then wanted to implement what I had learned and make a SUPER SIMPLE game, a good market to aim for was the iPhone so I invested in the iPhone licence for Unity and started working on iSquash.
A game where you kill roaches that run around on your screen with your finger. Kill all the roaches to win! It was the first game I completed and published for iPhone.
While I thought the idea was great at the time, my thoughts were influenced by what I thought I could pull off. What I learned form this game is that it was no more fun than looking for roaches in your home to squash.
My next mission was AstroNut 3D! It was a big undertaking for me and a great progression from my last project. Check out my website for details and lessons learned.
(I have removed iSquash 3D from app store for quality control =)
AstroNut 3D!, my second iPhone Game.
