Whenever possible, we like to start every game design project with a non-digital (unless you consider fingers) prototype that allows us to test basic gameplay before committing to pixels and code.


Tiny Mantis Entertainment

Tiny Mantis's story begins in New York City, when Nik Mikros meets Haska Su in a graduate course in Game Design he is teaching at the School of Visual Arts. Nik is eager to meet like minded individuals to one day launch a new kind of game company; A company that believes bigger is not necessarily better. Haska, having started his own studio in Taiwan a few years earlier is also eager to meet like minded individuals in the U.S. The two hit it off, and Nik brings Haska on as a programmer for a Gameboy Advance project “I-Spy Challenger” he is working on at Black Hammer Game.
