Are you an aspiring game designer? Or a seasoned professional? If you're either, join designers from around the world during Columbia University's 1st Annual Global Game Jam!
Game jams are typically intense design competitions where groups of designers are paired up into design teams to come up with new designs - often under intense time constraints. The combination of time contstraints and design restrictions inevitably lead to innovative and even groundbreaking gameplay design. This year, that innovation is being magnified on a global scale.
Columbia's Global Game Jam will take place simulatneously at 44 different locations all over the world and all within the same 48-hour period. It promises to be one jam you won't want to miss!
You'll need to contact the host location to sign-up for a jam.
