While not officially out of business, after recently shuttering its New York office, there are signs that it might be "Game Over" for one of NYC's most successful and recognized developers.

 

GameSetWatch reports that according to the Twittersphere and a series of uploaded photographs, it appears as though all signs point to Gamelab closing up shop for good. However, no comment has yet been made by the company's CEO Eric Zimmerman regarding the status of Gamelab's future.

Hoping it wouldn't come to this, been hearing rumors for a few months now. Maybe they're just going virtual?
