Heya SWos, I have not had a great deal of experience in this area, but a buddy of mine (more like an acquaintance) uses Beanstalk. I had a look and for a ~20 user / 6GB setup, it runs $25/mo.

I believe subversion is open source, but you need to do your own hosting.
