I could only really think of two things after browsing the site a bunch.

1) I think the username of the poster would be better positioned directly above or below their avatar in maybe a bit bigger font.

2) Another totally picky aesthetic thing but the NYC skyline is barely visible in the banner. Since this is the NYC games industry site we should be strongly representing the area! Give it some NYC flair.

Other than me being picky, great site with nice and simple navigation tabs =)


EDIT: thought of something else!

3) the ability to quote another user's post is always handy on a forum. Better allows direct responses to a specific person in a thread.

To add to SWoskowiak's suggestions:

You guys should really add a "preview post" feature. Of course, thats purely aesthetic but it helps when posting...
