It looks like the guys over at Babycastles are planning on moving the indie arcade to the big burrough for a while. At least that's what their Kickstarter page is indicating.

For the uninitiated, Babycastles is the new hip place to be for indie developers in the city. Currently it's located in Ridgewood Queens, and for the past few months they've been throwing retro-indie-arcade parties with the help of our good friend Matt "Fort90" Hawkins.

According to Kickstarter, "Starting October, with the help of Chashama (http://www.chashama.org/), an organization that grants low prices to artists & art organizations for valuable real estate, we are launching a new Manhattan location next to Grand Central for a duration of 3 months. This is at 217 East 42nd Street, from October 4th to December 29th exactly."

Sounds pretty awesome to be sure, but they could still use some help. At the time of this posting they've only accumulated $1,330 of their target $6,000. With about a month to go, and some help from the community, we think they'll be able to get there.
